- BSEE or MSEE preferred with strong semiconductor/IP background.
- 10+ years in sales, BD, or customer management in semiconductors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and key accounts.
- Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Familiar with Salesforce and data-driven sales forecasting.
