  • 10+ years in sales, business development, or customer management in semiconductors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts.
  • Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and data driven forecasting.
