- 10+ years in sales, business development, or customer management in semiconductors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts.
- Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and data driven forecasting.
