  • BSEE or MSEE preferred; semiconductor/silicon IP background.
  • 10+ years in sales, BD, or account management in semiconductors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Familiar with Salesforce and data-driven forecasting.
