Performs assessments for co-occurring and mental health needs using DSM criteria.
Completes initial assessments and determines appropriate level of care.
Coordinates with discharge planning for continuing care.
Documents counseling services in clinical records.
Maintains logs and state-required work for caseloads.

🎯 Requirements

PA license as LCSW or equivalent (LSW, LAPC, LPC, LMFT).
Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
Experience in an IOP setting.
