Forensics Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage client experience with the forensics lab; schedule scoping calls.
• Coordinate with Forensics leaders and Sales, PM teams.
• Track and document quality checks for forensic tickets; provide updates.
• Collect client feedback to improve the client experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of forensic or eDiscovery experience at a law firm, in-house, or provider.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented, organized, responsive.
• Knowledge of basic industry-standard forensic collection workflows.
• Familiarity with data collection software (e.g., DISCO, Cellebrite, Relativity).
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
