- Pipeline management to move loans to resolution (settlement, DIL, or foreclosure).
- Collaborate with Investors, Vendors, and network Attorneys to meet guidelines.
- Monitor attorney performance by reviewing proceedings, records, and timeframes.
- Interview and onboard new attorneys to the network.
- Update system/database activities through foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and DIL.
- Review title issues, case law, statutes relevant to ongoing matters.
🎯 Requirements
- Preferred 4 years mortgage/default-servicing experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree required or related work experience.
- Strong mortgage life-cycle knowledge, incl. loss mitigation and default servicing.
- Ability to build relationships and work in a team; strong communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; guide investors through foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and DIL.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with ability to drive process improvements independently.
