Partner with Design to use leather, suede, textiles, and trims.
Develop footwear styles and meet pricing targets; test for performance.
Own BOMs, costing, and development timelines in PLM.
Track samples and seasonal development to ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with Product Integrity to ensure testing standards for buy readiness.

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years of footwear development experience.
Strong understanding of footwear construction and testing.
Experience with premium materials: leather, suede, textiles.
Fit sessions and wear testing experience; women's footwear valued.
AA/BA in Fashion, Product Development, Footwear, or related.
Prior footwear PLM experience.
