🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related.
- 2–5 years in QA/CI or Process Engineering in manufacturing.
- Data analysis and SPC; PM; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.
- FDA PCQI, USDA-AMS/FSIS, SQF, FSMA, and HACCP knowledge.
- Spanish preferred; supplier management and OSHA/safety experience.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
