📋 Description

• Lead QA, food safety, and employee safety programs; SQF champion.
• Bridge high-level quality strategy and daily ops on the warehouse floor.
• Drive continuous improvement projects; analyze defect data for trends.
• Serve as Voice of the Customer to drive improvements with Ops/Quality Eng.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years QA/CI/Process Eng in manufacturing/high-volume.
• Data analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge; Green Belt a plus.
• FDA PCQI, USDA-AMS/FSIS, SQF, FSMA, HACCP certs.
• Spanish preferred; supplier management with TraceGains familiarity.
