Food Safety & Quality Assurance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead QA/QC and sanitation programs; ensure SQF compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement using defect data and KPIs.
• Be on the warehouse floor; connect strategy to daily operations.
• Lead QA/QC technicians; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Analyze customer feedback to drive improvements; voice of the customer.
• Collaborate with Quality Eng and Operations to optimize processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years QA/CI/Process Eng in manufacturing/food env.
• Data analysis and SPC; project mgmt; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.
• FDA PCQI, USDA-AMS/FSIS, SQF, FSMA, and HACCP certified.
• Spanish preferred; supplier management; OSHA safety mgmt.
• Excellent communication; coach teams on quality.
