  • Oversee daily operations and workflow to optimize team productivity.
  • Foster collaboration, open communication, and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and kitchen safety standards.
  • Cross-cover for manager and team as needed (Server, Cook, Bartender).
  • Control beer, liquor, and wine inventories.
  • Ensure policies are followed; assist monthly inventory counts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
  • 1-2 years in food and beverage with front and back of house experience.
  • 1 year minimum supervisory or management experience.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment, inventory rotation.
  • Experience with cash handling and basic calculations.
  • ServSafe and TIPS certification a plus.
