Job description:
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help drive Fonoa’s go-to-market performance and strategic alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to scale processes, systems, and insights that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
You’ll be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, leading operational initiatives, building scalable infrastructure, and optimising the GTM funnel from lead to renewal. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and execution partner to GTM leadership and ensure we make data-driven, scalable decisions as we grow.
This role is ideal for someone with deep RevOps experience in B2B SaaS, strong analytical and project management skills, and a passion for enabling commercial teams to perform at their best.
What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and optimise scalable GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Lead cross-functional operational initiatives, from process improvements to CRM system upgrades and integrations
Manage forecasting processes, pipeline hygiene, territory and account planning, and funnel performance tracking
Partner with revenue leaders to run business reviews, planning cycles, and board-level reporting
Identify and implement tooling that improves GTM productivity, automation, and data quality
Own and enhance our GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay)
Analyse performance data and generate insights that influence strategy and decision-making
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS to ensure alignment, accountability, and operational consistency
Act as a senior contributor on the RevOps team, providing strategic input and mentorship to peers
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, GTM Strategy, or similar roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Proven experience building and scaling RevOps processes, systems, and analytics from the ground up
Expertise with Salesforce (required), and familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and automation platforms
Strong data fluency, comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally familiar with SQL or BI tools
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise, manage complexity, and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, able to work with senior leadership and translate insights into action
High output and low ego; adaptable to a global, hybrid working environment
