🎯 Requirements

- Experience supporting People Operations/HR systems in tech or SaaS.
- Hands-on with Rippling, Lattice, Awardco, and Traliant, or similar.
- Experience on a fully remote or highly distributed team; ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple systems.
- Proactive, ownership mindset; clear communicator.
