🎯 Requirements

- Strong understanding of classical optics, Gaussian beams, laser physics, high fluence materials.
- Able to move between modeling and lab: alignment, testing, debugging.
- Clear communication of complex optical concepts across disciplines.
- Preferred: MATLAB or Python for analysis; familiar with cleanroom and adaptive optics.
