📋 Description

• Conceptualize and stand up a cutting-edge bending and welding work cell.
• Drive first-build and test through DFMA, sequencing, mBOM, and work orders.
• Implement tooling solutions to streamline production and reduce complexity.
• Establish standard practices, troubleshooting guides, and repair procedures.
• Streamline and optimize production systems with a focus on cost reduction and quality.
• Demonstrate ingenuity and autonomy, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
• 1+ years building and testing hardware in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing, and production teams.
• Extensive experience owning a large scope of work.
• Extensive experience authoring work instructions and/or test procedures.
• Self-starter with ability to define and roll out processes across teams.
