  • Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, and strategic deals with Fortune 500 clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in-house at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
  • Enterprise SaaS contracting experience; closes complex deals.
  • Experience building a business in a new category.
  • US/EU privacy knowledge; CIPP/US or CIPP/E preferred.
  • Excellent communicator; explains complex concepts clearly.
  • J.D. from a top law school; NY Bar; strong academic record.
