Floating Banker (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Provide back-up teller/banker coverage at Banner Bank branches within a region.
• Deliver excellent client service as the face of the Bank.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Actively refer Bank products/services to help clients reach goals.
• Work location varies daily with travel between branches.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year teller experience, including sales with goals.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic math, negotiation, and problem solving.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong phone and email etiquette.
