📋 Description

• process client transactions accurately and in line with policies
• deliver an exceptional client experience with professionalism
• refer Bank products and connect clients with specialists when needed
• sell Bank products through in-person and phone conversations, meeting referral goals
• provide backup teller coverage with daily travel between branches
• follow all policies, procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 2+ years teller experience including sales with goals (Required)
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Windows-based PC apps and a calculator
• Clear and professional communication in person, over the phone, and in writing
