🎯 Requirements
- You have 3+ years of product management or related role.
- You have strong product judgment and ownership of decisions.
- You balance CX, constraints, and outcomes without defaulting to consensus.
- You are hands-on, data-informed, and comfortable end-to-end ownership.
- Experience in small, fast-moving teams (preferred).
