Software Engineer - Planning & Control - Always Open

Flink Robotics is a fast-paced, VC-backed startup, originating from the Computational Robotics Lab at ETH Zurich. We’re building the autopilot for robotic material handling. It will power the next generation of plug-and-play robots that take over any type of task in the logistics industry.

We are always looking for Software Engineers to join our motion planning and control team. Your mission will be to build optimization-driven, ML-enhanced motion-planning and control pipelines that make our robots move with speed and agility.

What you’ll tackle

• Ship a state-of-the-art learning-based controller that runs in real-time.

• Deliver a robust motion-generation & validation pipeline used across all projects.

• Pioneer multi-robot motion-planning & control.

• Own and maintain our C++ control & motion generation libraries.

• Sharp problem-solving instincts and solid math knowledge (optimization, dynamics, linear algebra).

• Modern C++ mastery - clean, efficient, test-driven code.
