• Own and manage flight test safety and FT-SMS program.
\n
• Lead hazard and risk processes across all test activities.
\n
• Interface between Flight Test, Flight Safety, Certification, and EHS on safety-of-test.
\n
• Authorize stopping unsafe test activity and drive proactive safety culture.
\n
• Participate in flight test planning, SRM, and readiness reviews.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Bachelor’s degree.
\n
• Minimum 5 years aviation safety experience.
\n
• Knowledge of safety investigation techniques.
\n
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills.
\n
• Knowledge of human factors in aviation.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
