Flight Software Test V&V Engineer

📋 Description

• Verify flight software functionality across SIL, HITL, and on-aircraft test environments
• Develop and execute test plans aligned with system requirements
• Author detailed test procedures for ground and flight test operations
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts within the test ecosystem
• Support functional, integration, and requirements-based testing for certification readiness
• Contribute to scalable and repeatable automated test frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software testing
• 3+ years of experience with Python and exposure to C++ build systems
• 3+ years of experience testing integrated hardware/software or mission-critical systems
• Hands-on experience with laboratory electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, digital multimeters)
• Experience with robotics or safety-critical systems
• Experience developing automated test pipelines using Gitlab CI/CD
