📋 Description

  • Oversee daily flight ops: schedule, routing, crew, and resources for safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regs (FAA/EASA/ICAO), policies, and the operations manual.
  • Lead and supervise flight ops team (dispatchers, schedulers, controllers); coach.
  • Manage crew rostering, duty assignments, and fatigue risk per regulatory limits.
  • Monitor weather, NOTAMs, airspace; decide on delays, cancellations, or diversions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, ground handling, and ATC to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years in airline or aviation operations.
  • 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in flight scheduling, crew management, dispatch, or operations control.
  • In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, flight planning, crew fatigue management, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in flight operations software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
