- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong English; able to work 24/7.
- Knowledge of FAA and IATA regulations; flight planning/scheduling tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to work varied shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Excellent organizational and customer-facing communication skills.
