  • Manage irregular operations (IROP) across OCC for flights and charters.
  • Assist ground planning, routing, and station operations.
  • First contact for emergencies; coordinate with departments; ensure customer experience.
  • Coordinate service recovery with vendors; liaise with Safety, Security, TSA, etc.
  • Communicate proactively with executives and customers; maintain positive relations.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA, DOT, and state regulations.

🎯 Requirements

  • US work authorization; pass criminal background check.
  • HS Diploma/GED; 2+ yrs airline ops exp; 2+ yrs lead/supervisor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong English; able to work 24/7.
  • Knowledge of FAA and IATA regulations; flight planning/scheduling tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to work varied shifts in a 24/7 environment.
  • Excellent organizational and customer-facing communication skills.
