The opportunity:As a member of the APAC Quoting team, your mission will be to ensure the timely and accurate processing of quotations for our clients, playing a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to support our growth initiatives at Flexport.

You will:

  • Prepare and share precise quotations for our clients, ensuring all details are aligned with client needs and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary pricing and operational information, facilitating comprehensive quotation development.
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries regarding quotes, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Analyze data related to quotation trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency in the quoting process.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends and client feedback to refine our quotation strategies, enhancing our competitive edge.

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service roles.
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for performance improvement.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on delivering accurate results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in building client relationships and fostering trust.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing documentation and client communications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments while maintaining a strong sense of accountability.
  • High integrity and alignment with company values, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
  • Account Management experience is a plus.
