🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in SMB, high-velocity or outsourced sales.
  • Proven success in scaled, high-velocity sales or channel programs.
  • Strong data analysis and actionable improvement skills.
  • Experience with outsourced sales teams or BPO partners.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce) and data-driven workflow optimization.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
