🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years leading SMB, high-velocity sales or outsourced/vendor programs.
  • Proven success owning a scaled, high-volume sales or channel program.
  • Strong data analysis to diagnose root causes and drive improvements.
  • Experience overseeing outsourced sales teams or BPO/vendor partners.
  • Deep knowledge of sales ops, funnel analytics, forecasting, metrics.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Ops, and partners.
