- Proven success owning a scaled, high-volume sales or channel program.
- Strong data analysis to diagnose root causes and drive improvements.
- Experience overseeing outsourced sales teams or BPO/vendor partners.
- Deep knowledge of sales ops, funnel analytics, forecasting, metrics.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Ops, and partners.
