• Launch new strategic partnerships aligned with growth
• Lead joint business plans, financial modeling, and growth initiatives
• Define operating rhythm to maximize value
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support and Legal
• Manage and expand relationships with top strategic partners
• Drive monthly and quarterly partnership reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in FinTech/SaaS BD, partnerships, or strategy consulting
• Proven success launching or scaling partnerships and managing high-value clients
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and execution
• Analytical, data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
