📋 Description

• Lead growth of Flex's strategic partnerships.
• Analyze performance and drive cross-functional execution.
• Develop joint plans, financial models, and GTM initiatives.
• Hybrid role; 2-3 days/wk in NYC, SF, or Salt Lake City.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in FinTech/SaaS partnerships or strategy.
• Proven success launching or scaling partnerships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, multi-project capable.
• Bachelor's degree required.
