Lead end-to-end project management across GD programs
Design models for new programs and assess trade-offs
Define, track, and report operational and efficiency metrics
Identify operational vulnerabilities and implement mitigations
Directly supervise multi-layered teams (field hiring, operations QA, due diligence)
Establish and maintain high-quality donor/partner relationships

🎯 Requirements

4-7+ years in problem-solving roles (field, consulting, analytics)
Strong analytical skills for complex operations decisions
Excellent communications across diverse audiences
Ability to work in dynamic, unstructured environments
Resourceful, self-directed with process improvement focus
Experience in developing-country or high-risk settings
