Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
Maintain clear, accurate logs at front desk about people, property, including packages.
Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
Monitor cameras and patrols to prevent theft and keep a safe environment.
Respond to incidents and emergencies; record data for management.
Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or GED
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Able to meet physical functions; includes lifting 50+ lbs and patrols
Must have an Active Wisconsin Private Security License
Driver's license and clean MVR highly preferred
