Flex Security Officer

📋 Description

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Maintain clear front desk logs for people, property, and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor cameras and patrols to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as door staff or in receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant.
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois PERC, including state accredited training requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
