- Provide excellent customer service to everyone on duty.
- Maintain clear logs at the front desk for people, property, packages.
- Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required.
- Monitor CCTV and conduct patrols to prevent theft.
- Respond to incidents, including emergencies; log data for management.
- Other duties as assigned.
π― Requirements
- Personal vehicle strongly preferred (travel between sites required)
- Available for at least two shifts per week, including weekends/holidays
- Prior security or customer service experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old; High School diploma or GED
- Able to acquire/maintain PERC license and state training
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
