📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service to everyone on duty.
• Maintain clear logs at the front desk for people, property, packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Monitor CCTV and conduct patrols to prevent theft.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies; log data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Personal vehicle strongly preferred (travel between sites required)
• Available for at least two shifts per week, including weekends/holidays
• Prior security or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old; High School diploma or GED
• Able to acquire/maintain PERC license and state training
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
