📋 Description

  • Lead Partner Onboarding team and onboarding lifecycle.
  • Oversee vendor partnerships and SLA adherence.
  • Deliver cross-functional projects for network growth.
  • Manage operational reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Coordinate partner systems updates with Product/Engineering.
  • Drive cross-functional enablement across Sales and Success.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years in operations, PM, or tech account mgmt; leadership/vendor mgmt.
  • Deep Salesforce CRM experience for reporting and automation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication for updates and roadmaps to leads.
  • Knowledge in Multifamily Housing, PropTech, or FinTech, esp Partner Ops or TAM.
