📋 Description

  • Lead onboarding operations for the Partner Network.
  • Manage onboarding lifecycle, tech implementation support, and data integrity.
  • Partner with Revenue Ops and Core Sales to scale the network.

  • Oversee vendor partnerships and SLA-driven deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years in operations, program management, or tech account management.
  • Leadership experience with teams or external vendors.
  • Strong Salesforce CRM for reporting and workflows.
  • Proven project leadership in fast-paced settings.
  • Clear communication to present updates and roadmaps.
  • Experience in PropTech/FinTech is a plus.
