📋 Description

  • Lead the day-to-day Partner Network onboarding team and lifecycle.
  • Oversee vendor partnerships and SLA delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional projects for PN quality and growth.
  • Track operational metrics and report insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Ops and Core Sales to scale the partner network.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing onboarding team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years in ops, program management, or tech account mgmt with team or vendor leadership.
  • Proven leadership of teams or external vendors.
  • Strong experience with CRM/Salesforce for reporting and automation.
  • Track record delivering complex projects in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent communication of updates and roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of Multifamily Housing, PropTech, or FinTech is a plus.
