🎯 Requirements
- 4–6 years in ops, program management, or tech account mgmt with team or vendor leadership.
- Proven leadership of teams or external vendors.
- Strong experience with CRM/Salesforce for reporting and automation.
- Track record delivering complex projects in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication of updates and roadmaps.
- Knowledge of Multifamily Housing, PropTech, or FinTech is a plus.
