Fleetio is a leading SaaS company delivering fleet management software that helps teams streamline maintenance, fuel, and lifecycle operations. We’re looking for a Solutions Consulting Manager to join our remote team and drive technical excellence across the sales cycle.

The Role

As a Solutions Consulting Manager, you will lead a team of solution consultants, partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and design tailored Fleetio solutions for enterprise customers. You will demonstrate capabilities, map customer requirements to Fleetio features and integrations, and ensure successful deployment and adoption post-sale. This is a remote, full-time role focused on delivering compelling, technically sound capabilities to our customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and workshops
Translate customer needs into scalable Fleetio solutions and architectures
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive technical wins
Own the technical credibility of Fleetio throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or related SaaS roles
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience with CRM systems, integrations, and data modeling
Knowledge of fleet management or asset management software is a plus
Ability to travel as needed
