Overview

Fleetio is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our remote-first team. In this role, you’ll partner with sales and product teams to help customers succeed with Fleetio’s fleet management platform. This is a customer-facing, technical position designed to bridge the gap between business needs and product capabilities.

What you'll do

Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers remotely
Understand customer needs and map them to Fleetio capabilities
Develop technical scoping documents and propose tailored solutions
Collaborate with Sales to respond to RFPs and proposals
Assist with onboarding and deployment during pilots
Provide technical feedback to Product and Support teams

What we're looking for

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (SaaS, consulting, or solutions engineering)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and integration workflows
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
