About the Role

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will partner with senior leaders to design and implement people strategies that drive business results. This remote-friendly role (Remote - USA) will align HR programs with business goals, coach leaders, and enable high-performing teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
Lead talent management, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
Manage employee relations, policy interpretation, and change management
Drive DEI initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational design
Collaborate with HR operations on HRIS, data analytics, and compliance

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen, communication, and coaching skills
Experience with HRIS systems and people analytics
Knowledge of US employment law and HR best practices
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
