Role overview
Fleetio is seeking a Sales Sourcer to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will identify and engage potential sales candidates, build a strong talent pipeline, and collaborate with sales leaders to accelerate growth for Fleetio’s SaaS solutions in fleet management.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify top-tier candidates for Sales roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for scalable growth
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling outreach
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the interview process
- Monitor and report on sourcing metrics, continuously improving outreach strategies
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS/tech or business-to-business sales
- Proficiency with Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS/CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong time management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
