Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Market at Fleetio
Fleetio is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Market segment to drive growth for its fleet management software. This remote role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional located in North America who can own the mid-market sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process for mid-market customers, from discovery to contract.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Identify and qualify opportunities, build relationships with champions and stakeholders, and close deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align on strategy and value delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, coordinate with legal, and ensure a smooth onboarding for customers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the mid-market or equivalent segment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales technology stack.
- Knowledge of fleet management or fleet operations is a plus.
