Overview
Fleetio is seeking a Public Sector Solutions Consultant to drive the adoption of Fleetio’s fleet management platform within public sector organizations such as state and local governments, school districts, and agencies. You will work remotely with customers across the United States and contribute to pre-sales engagements from discovery to close.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery sessions with public sector prospects to understand requirements and procurement constraints.
- Deliver tailored Fleetio product demonstrations and create compelling business cases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to map customer needs to Fleetio solutions.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist with procurement processes common in public sector deals.
- Assist with data migration planning and onboarding activities for new customers.
- Contribute to public sector messaging and collateral.
What we look for
- Experience selling or delivering solutions to public sector customers (state/local/government or education).
- Knowledge of fleet management, asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, and inspections.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage both executives and technical users.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and government sourcing methods.
- Self-motivated, able to work effectively in a remote environment.
