Overview
Fleetio is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to join our sales team. This remote role (Remote - USA) focuses on managing a portfolio of mid-market customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer success with Fleetio's fleet management software.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers and drive renewal and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments
- Understand customer needs and map them to Fleetio solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
- Forecast and report sales pipeline; achieve quarterly quotas
- Contribute to the growth and strategy of Fleetio's mid-market segment
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of SaaS sales or account management experience, preferably in mid-market or enterprise segments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and expanding accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working in a remote environment
