Fleetio is a leading SaaS company that helps fleets manage vehicles, maintenance, and fuel efficiency. We are hiring a Manager, Outbound Sales Development to lead and scale our outbound SDR program in a remote-first environment.
The Role
As the Manager, Outbound Sales Development, you will build and lead a high-performing outbound SDR team, define outbound strategy, coach team members, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to generate qualified opportunities for Fleetio’s SaaS solutions. You will own pipeline development, set quotas and forecasts, and ensure consistent, data-driven outbound outreach across assigned markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of outbound SDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline targets
- Define and execute outbound sales strategies, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging, sequencing, and campaigns
- Manage pipeline, forecast quotas, and analyze performance metrics
- Develop and enforce qualification criteria to ensure high-quality opportunities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop SDR talent; build a culture of continuous improvement
- Partner with Sales to transition opportunities from SDR to close
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to monitor activity, win rates, and ROI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS B2B outbound sales development leadership
- Proven ability to scale outbound programs and teams
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in dashboards and metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
