GTM Systems Architect

Fleetio is seeking a Senior GTM Systems Architect to design and optimize the go-to-market technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, data integration, and analytics to enable scalable growth. This remote role is based in North America and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive GTM success.

Role Overview

As a GTM Systems Architect, you will own the architecture and roadmap of Fleetio’s go-to-market tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow across systems and alignment with business goals. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define standards, governance, and scalable solutions that accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and own GTM technology architecture, data models, and integration patterns to enable scalable growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to gather requirements and translate them into scalable GTM solutions.
• Design and implement integrations between CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
• Establish data governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices for GTM data.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for GTM systems, prioritized with stakeholders.
• Evaluate and select tools, lead proofs of concept, and collaborate with engineering to deliver solutions.
• Mentor analysts and engineers and ensure thorough documentation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM tech, marketing tech, or systems architecture with a track record delivering scalable GTM solutions.
• Deep experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), marketing automation, and data integration (APIs, ETL).
• Strong data modeling, data governance, and analytics capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security standards and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
