Role Overview

Fleetio is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist (bilingual) to welcome and guide new customers through the implementation and adoption of Fleetio's fleet management software. This remote role (Remote - USA) positions you as the primary onboarding contact, responsible for configuring accounts, guiding customers through setup, and ensuring a successful start with Fleetio.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end onboarding for new Fleetio customers
Configure accounts, import data, and set up integrations as needed
Deliver live and self-guided product training to customers
Develop onboarding plans, timelines, and success metrics
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to resolve blockers
Monitor customer health and drive timely milestones toward adoption

Requirements

Bilingual communication skills
Experience with SaaS onboarding or customer success
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM or support tools is a plus
