Associate Customer Success Manager, Scale at Fleetio
Fleetio is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager, Scale to support onboarding, adoption, and retention for our fleet management software. This remote role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and establish success plans to drive rapid adoption
- Monitor usage metrics, health indicators, and renewals; identify risks and escalate where needed
- Develop and maintain customer onboarding materials and success playbooks
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customer outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them to value and expansion opportunities
Requirements
- 1-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS role
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer health platforms (e.g., Gainsight) is a plus
- Data-driven with the ability to interpret usage metrics
- Bachelor's degree preferred
