The Role

As an Account Executive, SMB at Fleetio, you will drive the end-to-end sales cycle for small and mid-sized businesses, prospect new opportunities, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and close deals while working closely with marketing and customer success.

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and build a robust pipeline of SMB opportunities
Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to articulate Fleetio's value
Manage the sales cycle from proposal to contract and close
Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to ensure customer success and growth
Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)

Qualifications

3+ years of SaaS sales experience in SMB or mid-market environments
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Familiarity with fleet management or related industries is a plus
