📋 Description

  • Manage daily Travel & Expense ops; Concur admin, audits, policy compliance, and support
  • Administer corporate cards; onboard/offboard cardholders; monitor submissions
  • Coordinate fleet & lease car activities; support employees, HR, drivers, and providers
  • Provide stakeholder support across EMEA; handle ad hoc requests; ensure timely processing

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within expense reimbursement administration and/or fleet management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Concur experience preferred
  • Zendesk or other ticketing systems experience is an advantage
  • Advanced organisational and administrative skills
