🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
- 3+ years in aviation reliability/airline ops; 2+ years with Master's.
- Strong analytical skills; data-centric reliability approach.
- Familiar with FAA Reliability Programs (D074) and MSG-3.
- Proficient with Excel, Power BI, Tableau; SQL or Python a plus.
- Preferred: FAA A&P certificate; Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience with TRAX or similar maintenance-tracking systems.
- Exposure to predictive analytics or reliability modeling tools.
